The applicant is required to committing while participate in the program will provide and adhere to the following below:

Step 1: Please submit following to Nardell Sdn Bhd for merchant registration.

No Documents / Visuals Required
1) Merchant SSM
2) PBT License (Lesen Majlis Perbandaran)
3) Merchant Muslim Employee IC or Muslim Employee Appointment Letter
4) Copy of Ingredient / Raw Material Invoice
5) Typhoid Vaccination Certificate
6) Premises Visual* (Refer checklist in Appendix A)

Step 2: Please take the following actions upon approval of your registration.

a) Proceed to watch a training video and take the test in i-Mesra System upon receive login access.
b) Proceed to submit ingredient list in i-Mesra System after the test.
