The applicant is required to committing while participate in the program will provide and adhere to the following below:
Step 1: Please submit following to Nardell Sdn Bhd for merchant registration.

| 2) PBT License (Lesen Majlis Perbandaran) |
| 3) Merchant Muslim Employee IC or Muslim Employee Appointment Letter |
| 4) Copy of Ingredient / Raw Material Invoice |
| 5) Typhoid Vaccination Certificate |
| 6) Premises Visual* (Refer checklist in Appendix A) |
Step 2: Please take the following actions upon approval of your registration.
| a) Proceed to watch a training video and take the test in i-Mesra System upon receive login access. |
| b) Proceed to submit ingredient list in i-Mesra System after the test. |
